No Refunds
All sales on AKY PLANTS are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all plants before shipping. However, if your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, or if you receive the wrong plant, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before receiving the plant once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Plants are living products, and slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur. These natural differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
